This year we will again place the emphasis not only on the great cash prizes we have on offer, but ways in which you can use your competition entry to improve your photography. In addition to the cash and equipment prizes, we are offering everyone who enters the chance to have a personal critique of your entry.
Winners will be announced in February 2014.
Something for all competition entrants
Everybody who has entered the seventh annual IGPOTY
competition will be eligible to receive personal feedback on entries by email to anyone on request, after the winners have been annonced publicly. Simply email with your request to feedback@igpoty.com.
Feedback will be sent by August 1st 2014.
The overall winner - the International Garden Photographer
of the Year - is judged as the best photographer with
the best single image from the set of category winners.

The finalists' photographs (approx 60) will be shown in various combinations and collections in our exhibitions as space allows. The current exhibition schedule can be seen on the exhibitions page. Each finalist photograph will feature in the book 'International Garden Photographer of the Year Collection 7'. Each finalist will receive an inscribed copy of the book.
Highly Commended Prizes
Highly commended photographs will be shown on the International Garden Photographer of the Year website. Each highly commended photograph will feature in the book 'International Garden Photographer of the Year Collection 7'. Each highly commended photographer will receive an inscribed copy of the book. Highly commended photogrpahs will be exhibited in galleries where space allows.
