Rustic retreat

"The old summerhouse, which is situated in the shade of trees at the bottom of our garden, is a peaceful and private place (when no photographers are around) where a person can sit, read and enjoy the surroundings. The little building is now well integrated into the mature garden and birds and other wildlife felt comfortable coming near. I noticed that the reflections blended inside with outside, dissolving the walls of the building and enclosing the reader in a dreamlike world. Also I found the division into eight miniature images interesting – each surprisingly different."
