With a white blanket draped over the surrounding countryside and my front garden and house covered by a sweeping carpet of snow. I was eager to take some photos of the effects it had on the wildlife in my garden. I found this robin standing proudly in the crisp snow, and the way its red chest and the rest of its body stood out from the uniform snow captured my imagination instantly.
